The service

Voicesake helps authorised people record consented conversations, organise source material, identify uncertainties and prepare editable biographies and tributes. It is an assisted writing service, not legal fact-checking, archival certification, medical advice or automatic publication.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to create the project, follow applicable recording and privacy law, give the recording notice, respect requests to pause or omit content, and review every output before use. Do not upload unlawfully obtained recordings.

AI and accuracy

AI may suggest and organise. It can make mistakes. You must confirm names, dates, relationships, claims and sensitive material. The studio will not intentionally invent missing facts or silently resolve contradictory accounts.

Project passes

Consumer plans are one-time 30-day project passes in USD, not recurring subscriptions. A pass belongs to one named subject project. In-period upgrades preserve the project and current expiry; renewals extend the same project under the published rules.

Ownership and licence

You retain your existing rights. You grant only the limited licence needed to operate the service and meet disclosed legal or operational duties. Professionals remain responsible for their own client relationship and claims.

Call capture

The PWA does not secretly or directly record WhatsApp, telephone, Zoom or another application’s call audio. Use a consented room microphone, a lawful imported recording or a later approved integration.
